Useful information about each area is provided by a key to the panorama, a brief summary of the area's special features, and a map of the region. Local customers wanting to pick-up the goods
- Please phone or Email ahead with your order and the time you would like to pick it up
- Payment can be made by Cash or Cheque when pick up (or Bank Transfer/Deposit if made prior)
- Pickup Times: 9:30am-5:00pm, Monday to Friday
For orders that require delivery (International and within New Zealand)
- Please phone or Email specifying your order
- We will reply with confirmation of your order, including the amount for the courier
- Payment can be made by Cheque or Bank Transfer/Deposit
- When payment is verified your order will be sent to you, and an email sent with the order details and the delivery information
For retailers
- Please phone or Email with your full contact and order details
- We will reply with confirmation of your order
- Payment can be made by Cheque or Bank Transfer/Deposit
- Payment to be received by the 20th day of the month following date of invoice
Pricing - Prices listed are retail and include GST. GST (12.5% sales tax) is not charged on overseas orders.
Postage and packaging
- For orders valued over NZD$50.00 free postage within New Zealand is included in the listed prices EXCEPT for posters, large prints and block-mounts.
- For overseas order postage and packaging is additional on all items.
Payment (outside NZ)
We accept credit card payments (Via Paypal):
- All overseas orders required a full payment up front either by cheque, wire transfer or credit card via Paypal (payment before good were sent).
- We accept credit cards ONLY through Paypal (please do not send us your credit card details).
- We will convert the amount owing (from NZD$ to either USD$ or Euro$) using the exchange rate at the time you make the order. We will then send a bill payment email for you to make a credit card payment.
- Once the payment is recieved in our Paypal account, we will send the goods.
