Within New Zealand: usually 3 to 5 working days (by courier or NZ Post)

PayPal option - International customers only.
GST (15% sales tax) is added to your cart when processed. This only applies to New Zealand customers, not international customers.
Refund & Exchange
If you as a customer are not happy with our product as advertised or described on our website, please email us your complaint. We will, in good faith, accept return of the product and refund payment after
its return.
Warranty
Kahu Publishing has a total replacement policy for any defective product or damage caused in transit. Please advise of any issues by email and attach photos of the problem.
Free sample packs for retail outlets
A free sample pack includes:
- one white 4x6 and one black 5x7 photoblock
- price list for our 19 stock sizes
- mounting made easy instructions
We would welcome the chance to send you our sample pack so you can check out the quality of our product and see how simple the mounting is.

Standard photoblocks - a price list/order form will be sent to you on request. We have a price list for stock with adhesive only, and separate pricing for our print mounting service.
Custom-sized mounts - a quotation for custom-size photo blocks or block-mounts requires a full description.
Please follow the checklist below. Note that if you are providing a digital file larger than 10MB for us to print and mount on your block we will need to tell you how to put the file on Drop Box.
