Block-mounts on 12mm MDF for large prints
Block-mounting is a smart, cost-effective method of mounting large ink-jet prints, posters and charts.

Laminating Once prints are laminated with our non-reflective laminate, they can be wiped with a damp cloth.
​
Size is only limited by the size of MDF sheets (1.2 x 2.4m or 3.6m). Sheets can be joined on-site for special jobs.

Laminated ink-jet prints can be made to any length and up to1.5m in width

Wall hanging: We supply French cleats with every block free of charge. The cleat on the back of the mount is simply lowered onto the wall component for a firm fit. This secures the block 12mm out from the wall giving it an interesting suspended appearance.
Retail prices: A $40 set-up cost applies to the first block of a particular size, then the following square metre rates apply:

Block-mounts.
Traditional 12mm block with black beveled edges. Once mounted on the French cleats, the mount sits 12mm out from the wall as though it was suspended. Simple square edges are an alternative to beveled.
Thin-mounts.
These new modern mounts are made from 12mm board machined down to a thickness of just 4mm along the edges. Once hung on the French cleats, the 4mm edge sits 20mm out from the wall creating a stunning effect.
Large Panoramic Prints
Custom-size ink-jet prints at any size up to 1.5m in height and 7m in length
Our high res. images retain great detail at large sizes and are printed with long-life Kodak inks. Prints are finished with a high-quality non-reflective laminate that provides UV protection and allows the surface to be wiped down with a damp cloth. We can quote for adding graphics to any image.
Prints are shipped in thick cardboard tubes. Professional framers will know how to mount your print onto board.
